Alberta Regional Rail attends PNWER.org Annual Summit

The Pacific NorthWest Economic Region (PNWER) Foundation is a statutory public/private nonprofit created in 1991 by the U.S. states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and Washington and the Canadian provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan and the territories of the Northwest Territories and the Yukon.


This week, Alberta Regional Rail provided over 500 regional policy leaders from the pacific North West trading area a copy of the recently completed Gravity Model and offered to share the public data for thrid party review.


Feedback was provided during the sessions and follow up presentations have been scheduled with the attendees.


The next scheduled public presentation within the region is in Billings Montana at the annual Greater Northwest Passenger Rail Summit, August 22 & 23.


Alberta Regional Rail will present the results of its Economic Gravity Model Study to attendees from Jacobs, BNSF, All Aboard Washington, and many more industry leaders.
